Should you experience any technical problems, we can easily help you if you contact us directly.
Just send an email to info@mangobile.com from the Google Account you used to purchase the game on Google play.
Your email should contain the following information:
- Name of the game
- A brief description of the problem
- The device you are using
- What's the difference between Kingturn RPG and Kingturn RPG Plus?
Both games are based on the same technology and the same game concept.
However, the stories and scenarios of both games are entirely different.
So if you enjoyed playing one of these games, it is quite likely that the other one will be interesting for you as well.
- Can I play Kingturn RPG on my Android phone / tablet?
Kingturn RPG should work fine on any Android device using an API Version of 1.6 or higher.
We have tested the game thoroughly on severals devices, e.g. Samsung Galaxy Tablet 10.1, HTC Desire, and Samsung Galaxy S.
Check the free lite version Kingturn Lite if you are unsure about your device in particular.
- Do I need to be connected to the mobile network or wifi to play the game?
No, this is a pure offline game. There is a one-time license check, however, where you have to be connected to the mobile network or wifi.
- What is the purpose of the 'Export & Import' Option?
You can export or import your game saves to an external storage like a SD card (folder /kingturn).
Usually, this feature can also be used for devices without an SD card slot (e.g the Samsung Galaxy tablets).
In this case the export will be redirected to the phone memory instead.
The edit field 'Command' at the bottom of the dialog enables us to support a customer in case of technical problems.
There is not much you can do there on your own without our guidance.
- What does the Option 'Minimum Spawn' mean?
Think of the spawn chance as a dice roll that determines whether a new enemy is spawned or not.
For each enemy you defeat, the chance of spawning new enemies decreases.
At the end of each turn the spawn chance is slightly increased again.
In other words, the whole spawn concept simulates wounded enemy troops and their recovery over time.
The 'Minimum Spawn (Chance)' in the Options menu determines how much you can lower the enemy spawn chance by defeating enemies.
Let's say you've set the minimum spawn chance to 30%. Once the enemy spawn rate has reached 30% it won't get any lower, even if you defeat more enemies.
In other words, the game gets more difficult if you increase this value.
If you set the minimum spawn rate to 100%, you effectively switch off the spawn chance mechanism, and enemies will always be spawned to the possible maximum.
For the majority of players I would recommend to just keep the default setting (0% in Kingturn and Kingturn Plus, and 30% in Kingturn Underworld).
Advanced players might consider adjusting the minimum spawn chance to a value between 30% and 50% to spice things up a little bit, though.
- Download / Installation issues on Android market
Now and then customers report that they've got stuck during the download process after purchasing the game. In most cases this is related to credit card authorization issues.
The good news is that your credit card will definitely NOT be charged in such a case.
This is the notification Mangobile gets from Google in such a case:
"The authorization of the customer's credit card failed. Google has sent an email instructing the customer to update their card. If they fail to provide a valid card within 7 days, this order will be automatically cancelled by Google."
If you cannot proceed as suggested by Google above, just drop us a few lines via email (info@mangobile.com). We can cancel the entire order for you, so you can retry with a different payment method, for example.

Whether your credit card authorization is successful or not entirely depends on the terms and security settings of your issuing credit card company.
There is not much Mangobile or Google can do about it.
Some type of credit cards don't seem to accept purchases of products outside of the issuing country (happens quite frequently in the US). Since Mangobile is located in Germany, this might be the reason why you can buy other products on the Android market with your credit card without any problems. Try to contact your credit card company in such a case.
- I just can't beat scenario xyz. What should I do?
Kingturn is a quite challenging game. Whenever the player beats a scenario he should feel that he has accomplished something. If you get stuck, just have a look at our Tips & Tricks section.
